Hello, my name is Dr. Jenny Batongmalaque, a practicing family medicine physician in Carson, California's thriving, beautiful city.
I have a senior-based medical clinic called the Argent Medical Group alongside the E.R.B. Foundation, with its Bayani Community Health and Wellness Center. My focus on the senior population started four decades ago when I was riveted to the care of aging WWII Veterans, who, by fate, circumstance, and frailty, found themselves disenfranchised and impoverished as they advanced in years.
Today, I am surrounded by a team of Nurse Practitioners who, like my purpose and my way of a comprehensive and compassionate holistic health approach, have allowed our patients to live longer and better.
We accept major Medicare Advantage plans, HMO, straight Medicare or Medi-Medi. If none of these apply, we welcome you to a free assessment of social determinants that lead to lifestyles that affect your health and longevity. Call us and visit our Tea Garden for a chat. Here at the Argent Medical Group, we aim to provide accessible primary care. From young adults to the elderly, our clinic is open to every eligible person 18 and over through a holistic approach, serving the patient through mind, body, and spirit.
BEST PRACTICES TO STAY HEALTHY
Eat a well-balanced diet. The more colors, the better.
Exercise for at least 30 minutes a day.
Give yourself 8 hours of quality sleep.
Wash your hands for at least 30 seconds regularly
Have routine checkups with your Primary Care Physician.
Live an active lifestyle. Have physical activities that you enjoy doing. It can even be walking.
